🌸Heat press RECOMMENDED but you can use an iron.

🌸TEMPERATURE: 120-140 °C 

🌸TIME: 12-15 seconds

🌸PRESSURE: medium

🌸PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-press garment 5 seconds and cover patch with parchment paper or Teflon sheet.
 
Apply heat press with MEDIUM pressure for 12-15 seconds.
 
Allow to cool.
